1. Acceptance and modification of the terms of service

This agreement is an agreement between GoTracker subscription members (hereinafter referred to as "subscription members") and GoTrackerAPP (hereinafter referred to as "GoTracker") regarding the subscription members' use of the automatic renewal entrusted deduction service provided by GoTracker (hereinafter referred to as "this service") , this agreement describes the rights and obligations between GoTracker and subscribing members regarding the use of this service and related aspects.
"Subscription Member" means an individual or a single entity that enjoys the subscription membership services provided by GoTracker. This agreement constitutes a prerequisite for subscribing members (whether individuals or units) to use the services provided by GoTracker. Unless subscribing members accept the terms of this agreement, subscribing members have no right to use this service, and subscribing members choosing to use this service will be deemed to agree accept the terms of this agreement.

2. Service Description

2.1 This service is a service launched by subscription members for automatic renewal. On the premise that the subscription members have activated this service, the service is launched to avoid losses caused by the failure of subscription members to renew in time due to negligence or other reasons. Subscription members are irrevocable. Authorize GoTracker to deduct the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from the balance of the subscription member's own recharge account and the bank card bound to the subscription member account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "account") when the validity period of the subscription member is about to expire. The premise of this is that the subscription member has bound his GoTracker subscription member account to the above account, and can successfully deduct money from the above account.
2.2 Automatic renewal specifically refers to, based on the premise of 2.1, GoTracker collects the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from the subscription member through the above account. Subscribing members need to ensure that GoTracker can successfully deduct money from the above account, because the above account can be deducted. Subscribing members are responsible for the failure to renew due to insufficient balance.
2.3 Subscribing members shall be bound by the GoTracker-User Agreement when enjoying this service. When subscribing members use this service, their use behaviors shall be regarded as their terms of service for this service and various types of issues issued by GoTracker for this service. Published consent.
2.4 The service provided by GoTracker to subscribers is limited to the use by subscribers on the GoTracker platform. Any act of separating the service content provided by GoTracker from the GoTracker platform by malicious cracking or other illegal means does not belong to the service agreed in this agreement. . All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be the responsibility of the perpetrator, and GoTracker will pursue the legal responsibility of the perpetrator according to law.

3. Rights and obligations of both parties

3.1 GoTracker is responsible for providing subscribing members with inquiries about the details of automatic renewal charges, but is not responsible for printing relevant invoices and forwarding them to subscribing members.
3.2 GoTracker deducts the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from the above-mentioned account of the subscribed member, which shall be deducted on the same day, and the amount shall be recorded in the payment record of the subscribed member, and the validity period of the subscribed member shall be extended accordingly.
3.3 If there is an error in the deduction process, GoTracker and subscription members should work closely to find out the cause, and each bear the loss caused by their own fault; if the loss is caused by the unequal fault of both parties, both parties shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault; If both parties are jointly responsible, the responsibility shall be shared equally by both parties.
3.4 GoTracker may change or modify the relevant service content, rules and terms of this agreement according to its business development or technology upgrade. Before making the above changes or modifications, GoTracker will publicize the modified content on the relevant pages of GoTracker, but is not obligated to do so. A separate notice will be made separately. If the subscribing member does not agree with the modification of this agreement, he can cancel the services already obtained and stop using it; if the subscribing member continues to use the services provided by GoTracker, it is deemed that the subscribing member has accepted all the modifications of this agreement.
3.5 It is up to the subscription member to choose whether to cancel the service. If the subscription member chooses not to cancel, it is deemed that the subscribing member agrees to GoTracker to make irregular deduction attempts according to certain rules. Once the deduction is successful, GoTracker will open the next account for the subscribing member. Subscription service for a fee period.
3.6 If the price of the GoTracker subscription service is adjusted during/before the automatic renewal, the current effective price shall prevail.
3.7 GoTracker does not charge any fees for subscription members to activate this service, but GoTracker has the right to decide whether to charge for the service itself or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fees according to business needs or market changes, and announce it to subscribing members on relevant pages.

4. Term of validity and termination of the agreement

4.1 This agreement takes effect after the subscribing member chooses to accept or use the service, until the subscribing member terminates the service/cancellation of the subscription membership.
4.2 Subscribing members have the right to choose to terminate this service in the subscription member account settings at any time. After the termination of this service, GoTracker will stop providing this service to subscribing members.
4.3 The order that the subscribing member has entrusted GoTracker to automatically renew the fee before choosing to terminate the service is still valid. GoTracker will not refund the fee deducted based on the order, and the subscribing member shall bear the relevant responsibilities.

5. Liability for breach of contract

If one party breaches the contract, the observant party has the right to obtain compensation through the dispute resolution method agreed by both parties.

6. Dispute Resolution and Application of Law

GoTracker and subscribing members shall resolve disputes arising from the performance of this agreement through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the Shenzhen People's Court for litigation. The interpretation, validity and implementation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China
